Belle and Beast Emporium is set to open its doors at 47 Leys Avenue in Letchworth, marking the end of the Past and Present antiques store’s operation at the same address.
The store’s website has announced that the new location will be welcoming customers at the end of March 2025, though an official opening date has not yet been confirmed. “Our beautiful new shop is opening soon in lovely Letchworth. We cannot wait to welcome you there from the end of March 2025,” the website states.
Previously, Belle and Beast Emporium operated a stand at Maltings Antiques in Sawbridgeworth, but that location has now closed.
The emporium specializes in offering rare, beautiful, and unusual antiques. Their website highlights their passion for sourcing unique pieces from around the world, with an emphasis on delivering satisfaction to every customer. “Our dedication to complete buyer satisfaction means that Belle and Beast Emporium will fulfill all your antique needs and wants,” they state.
In addition to the store opening, a planning application has been submitted by Josephine Pugh for new signage at the front of the shop, featuring a color scheme of green, gold, and red.
